once calm you are able to find your centre and your focus
which allows you to make room for your day-to-day life. Meditation
enables you to bring order to confusion and conflicting stress
around you. Making it easier to deal with each demand without
stress or feeling overwhelmed.
Simonne will guide you through a meditation that is specific to you incorporating other healing modalities. You will experience a deep sense of peace and a tranquil state of mind while Simonne is clearing and healing you.
